Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.


We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please let us know through our Contact Us page within 14 days of receipt. We will advise how you can return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with any tags still attached. All items must be clean and hair free. Items returned back in envelopes and packages etc that are damaged in transit will not be accepted for return.

Postage Costs for Returned Items

For exchanges and 'change of mind' returns, the original postage and handling charges will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for paying for the item(s) return. All postage costs will be refunded if the return is because of faulty or damaged goods.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
